On semi-autos I like them. Hawg_Slayer 4/10/2010 12:53:40 PM Thanks guys for the input. Since price was not a factor, I purchased the Mesa Tactical stock kit and rail system. As soon as the stuff is installed, I will add a shell carrier, Osprey holographic sight and a light mount to complete the build. Will post pics when it is ready. Thanks. I find the transistion of the weapon through the firing stage is a lot smoother with the Endine buffer then with the simple two spring system of the SpecOps. The one issue that may help you decide is that the Mesa has to fired from the shoulder to receive any recoild reduction as the Endine buffer is in the stock tube. The SpecOps has to two springs, the main one is in the pistol grip so you still get the benifit of recoil reduction when shooting from the hip. IMHO, this is the best reply to the OP. The reasons cited are on point and why I went with the Knoxx SpecOps. I added the Knoxx PowerPac (side saddle, high cheek weld) and a Pachmayr GripAll to finish off the stock. I do have one Mesa Tactical piece; their one point sling ring, works great. For the sight a NC Star ; red/ green, 3 brightness levels and 4 different reticles. Yeah, I know NC star is at the bottom of the list, but the wife bought it being nice and I actually like it alot. For $60 what the hell. She likes it and it is the house HD gun which she also shoots. I couldnt be happier with the Knoxx and left a few extra dollars for other toys. http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0175.jpg http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0174.jpg http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0172.jpg Nice set up, how do you like that sight? I actually like the NC Star, the quality surprised me for the price. I’ve fired hundreds of slug, double ought, mutli ball, and birdshot with this sight and it has performed very well. Dont get me wrong, I know my gear and this isnt an EO Tech. Then again I’m NOT going on a air assault mission to assault a taliban position with a NC Star, but it does its job. For a HD gun and a range gun, I’m good with the NC Star for now. Once I get a good base for my weapons collection, I’ll dump money into high end optics. I love modern optics, but am stlll a little old school and use good old iron sights pretty proficiently .

I attended a hunt that was sponsored by the Tony Semple Foundation. Tony was really cool. This was a really special time that all of us kids had there. Thanks again for sponsoring this special event it really meant a lot to me. I will use these Muffs a lot. Thanks Again Megan A Serious Gunowner To: Pro Ears, Thank you for the opportunity to test and evaluate your Pro Ears during a recent firing range course where I put your Pro Ears to the test.

I have one and it’s great, it’s made by Vtac and honestly it’s cheaper if you get it at Bravo Co.
I love LaRue Tactical but I ordered my second one from Bravo Co because it was about $25 cheaper so now I have two, one for my personal gun and one for work
